Windows explorer and windows host process RUNDLL32 has stopped working? HELP!!!

I have no idea what happenend today when i tuened on my computer, 4 boxes came up 2 of each Windows Explorer has stopped working and Windows Host process RUNDLL32 has stopped working. if i force quit them they pop right back up and you can barely use the computer. Yesterday i was trying to import my Client list from a copy off an external HD its for my buisness in ACT by Sage it wouldnt work and always used the Error read something about Memory being Corrupt.

I have tried everything and i cant figure it out this is the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen im sick of it Vista is always have these problems.

Please Someone help.

This means?...
Some nonsystem application or codecks cause this.Have you installed anything last time?

Navigate to Start>>Search>>evenvwr.msc

and check all error messages in Application section concern explorer.exe and rundll32.exe

You should also check in Control Panel>>Problem Reports and solutions also
