blue screen

Couple things.

I just got a BSOD. turned the modem on and waited for the popup asking meto
report it.
It never popped up.

I used help to get to the solutions screen, and went into the configurations,
and ran across something that I had no hand in. There was a place for 'donot
report' and it had [thumbs.exe] thumbsplus.

I don't mind that it's there, If things are too screwed with it, I normally
just do a reinstall.

But there's a grayed out remove button, my question is how did it get there ?

And is there a way to send this BSOD report manually ?
