I have internet connection but can't browse!

Hi, I just bought a Hp Pavilion a6660t PC with out a wireless adapter, so I bought a D-link DWA-556, installed it flawlessly, connected to my home network with a linksys WRT54G. I have a 3 laptops that work perfectly with the network but my Hp is causing me to have no browsing capabilities. I emailed support and they told me the uninstall the adatper then switch the port and reinstall. I did with out any luck. Then they mentioned something about a static connection. I don't know about static connections and I do NOT have a firewall or antivirus connected. Help!

Are the other two computers running XP? With Vista, all machines have to
have the same workgroup name. If you've not yet changed either the Vista
machine, or the other two, so all three have the same workgroup name you
would likely run into this problem.
