scrolling pixel by pixel rather than line by line?

    scrolling pixel by pixel rather than line by line?

    I have a logitech mouse that has a smooth scrolling wheel no ratcheting. I wonder if it was possible to set up scrolling to scroll pixel by pixel rather than line by line. Anyone know?

    No general Windows solution, but since most of my reading is during surfing, I found Firefox with the SmoothWheel extension to work well.
