Vista - Vista Anytime Upgrade

I just bought online an Anytime Upgrade from Premium to Ultimate. Now when I try to install it it doesn't allow me to upgrade. I found out it's because I have SP1 installed and the Anytime DVD doesn't.

What are my options now? If I call Microsoft will they send me a new DVD with SP1?

Actually, I have a small HD and erased all the uninstall info of SP1 to gain space.

The good news is that I called Microsoft and they are sending me out new media!

This is the third time I have had to call cust. support and I have only had good experiences.

Odd, I bought the student Ultimate Steal upgrade to Ultimate on Jan. 6 and
it came with SP1. If you call them they may send you a new DVD with SP1.
Then again, they may not...
