Vista - Proxy setting change on reboot

Microsoft Communities n/a posts	Proxy setting change on reboot My domain uses a proxy for internet access. Everytime I reboot my Vista machine the proxy setting change to the loopback address with an 8010 port number. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem? Enrique
