Vista - Windows cannot repair this computer automatically

Hello, I have Windows vista ultimate 64bit and i recently reformatted one of my two hard drives. here are my comp specs:

Asus M2N socket AM2 motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 6000+ ~3.0G
4gb GSkill DDR2 RAM
150GB WD Raptor Sata HDD
1TB WD Sata HDD
ATI Radeon HD 4850 528MB
Antec 650w power supply
Samsung DVD-RW Sata


I deleted the windows partition on the 150gb one (main one because of increase speed). I created a new partition on that drive and installed a fresh copy of windows vista ultimate 64 bit. When the computer restarts and i boot from the hard drive, the windows vista boot loading screen appears and loads for a while then all of a sudden it freezes and reboots. Then it says that windows failed to start and so that i should do startup repair. I load up startup repair and it tells me that "Windows cannot repair this computer automatically" please ask your manufacturer for help. I am now posting here for advice, thank you for taking time to read.
