Help with Windows Backup--Back Up Files & Complete PC Backup, Vista Ultimate

Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit.

1. Has Windows Backup--Back Up Files _and_ Complete PC Backup
especially, even though very simple to use, been proven now to be 100%
reliable?

2. When files and/or programs are deleted or uninstalled are they
removed from the ongoing Back Up Files and Complete PC Backup?

3. If the answer to 2. is 'no' is this true of all backup
programs--none address this problem and that the only practical
solution is to start new backups?

Thanks.

Lack of response here and in another similar post (except one other
individual) means that not even MS MVP's have anything good to say
about MS's Vista Backup. That's good...I know what to do next. Thank
you.

The answer to 2 is no.

The answer to 3 is yes.
