On screen keyboard

i happend to open the Ease of access icon on the logon screen , started the
on screen keyboard and now I cant get the darn thing to turn off. Every time
i log in , it pops up. Does anyone know how to disable it?I already tried
msconfig, and windows defender. Please advise.

I had the same thing. It is in the control panel somewhere... theres a
whole list of the things and even though you DIDNT... it is ticked in there
as "show on bootup". Probably accessability options?

Try a help search for on-screen keyboard.

I had the same problem--a persistent startup of the on-screen keyboard after
having launched it only once. In Vista 64-bit rev 5600, here is how I turned
it off:

Start | Control Panel | Ease of Access Center | Use the computer without a
mouse or keyboard
then uncheck the Use On-Screen Keyboard box
