| vista ultimate x64 | no 1920x1080 via vga (works fine in xp) Windows xp will display 1920x1080 over vga just fine, but vista will not. I do not even have 1920x1080 in the list of resolutions in my nvidia manager. Connecting my computer to my monitor via dvi is not an option, because my monitor will not accept a pc signal through dvi (it's in my tv manual). I tried hooking my pc up to my monitor via dvi just to see what it would do, and it cut off the four sides of the screen. I couldn't even see the start menu, it's like the display was zoomed in. Is there any kind of fix for this? I really need my 64bit vista and 4gigs of ram to create maps for crysis. |
