APPCRASH on vista home version

I have been trying to figure out what is going on with this problem. I cannot open the program (to make my own DVD's) and microsoft says it has stopped working (obviously) but it cannot offer me any solution except give me the info below.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: 123CopyDVD.exe
Application Version: 0.0.0.0
Application Timestamp: 494a9d3e
Fault Module Name: StackHash_1703
Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0
Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000
Exception Code: 4000001f
Exception Offset: 02723c01
OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
Additional Information 1: 1703
Additional Information 2: 2264db07e74365624c50317d7b856ae9
Additional Information 3: 1344
Additional Information 4: 875fa2ef9d2bdca96466e8af

1. I've tried system restore to a point when the program used to work= no luck
2. I've uninstalled the program and reinstalled it witht the "latest" driver from the company's online site= no luck
3. I've tried downloading NVIDIA updates for the graphics (a solution suggested from other online message board)=nothing.

Is anyone else having the same probelm with vista? microsoft doesn't seem to have an answer. thanks for your time.

Try Googleing: "123copydvd.exe has stopped working". The first three or
four entries may help as they point to a newer version available.

Re: APPCRASH on vista home version

Why do you think it's a Vista problem? Looks like an application problem to
me.

Re: APPCRASH on vista home version

Have you tried running the application in compatibility mode?
