| vista home premium x64 | APPCRASH on vista home version I have been trying to figure out what is going on with this problem. I cannot open the program (to make my own DVD's) and microsoft says it has stopped working (obviously) but it cannot offer me any solution except give me the info below. Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: 123CopyDVD.exe Application Version: 0.0.0.0 Application Timestamp: 494a9d3e Fault Module Name: StackHash_1703 Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000 Exception Code: 4000001f Exception Offset: 02723c01 OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 1703 Additional Information 2: 2264db07e74365624c50317d7b856ae9 Additional Information 3: 1344 Additional Information 4: 875fa2ef9d2bdca96466e8af 1. I've tried system restore to a point when the program used to work= no luck 2. I've uninstalled the program and reinstalled it witht the "latest" driver from the company's online site= no luck 3. I've tried downloading NVIDIA updates for the graphics (a solution suggested from other online message board)=nothing. Is anyone else having the same probelm with vista? microsoft doesn't seem to have an answer. thanks for your time. B195 |
