RC 1 small problems with disk cleaner and shortcut hotkeys

Anyone else having problem with Disk Cleaner not working on RC1. When I
start it, it begins to work and then it stops and Windows informs me there
is a problem searches for a solution, and doesn't find it.

I am also unable to get Vista to remember my hotkeys for running my
programs. I can go in and redefine them under shortcut properties and they
will work until I reboot Windows and then they don't work again. (Comment:
I have never tested a version of Windows that didn't have trouble with this:
Win95, 98, 2000, or XP).

Re: RC 1 small problems with disk cleaner and shortcut hotkeys

DEP (Data Execution Prevention) shuts down cleanmgr.exe if I attempt to run
it on drive C. It runs fine on my USB harddrive. I thought it might be
problems with the disk so ran scandisk and it did find minor errors and
fixed them, but it made no difference. The box about DEP comes up and says
I can deactivate it for programs that are not compatible; however, this
Windows app should be compatible. Anyone have any ideas. Is this a bug?

I find that ccleaner.exe 1.33, which I was using on XP was not disabled so
it apparently runs, but it doesn't seem to be as effective as before. Have
cookies and stuff moved on Vista?
