| Guest | RC2 and Firefox Firefox now runs very sluggishly. It loads part of pages then stops. IE works ok. Firefox worked fine on 5728. Agent was also very slow until I change NIC to 100mhz half duplex. Now seems ok. Eric |

| Guest | Re: RC2 and Firefox Try the latest beta (Firefox 2.0 RC2 I think). It works a LOT better under Vista than the older 1.x generation. Bill F. I thought I got Agent working ok but no. It gets about 40 headers then pretty much stops. I have to abort then start again to get all the headers. I wonder if the reg tweaks might do something. Still no good. Very slow. I tried reg tweaks. No change. I think maybe the xp driver for this nic is no good for RC2. It was ok in RC1. hmm. It is a 3com 3c940 on the motherboard. It's funny, tho, because IE works great. Eric |
