When I go to C:\Users
I see "mine", public, and the other I deleted named "test" ....I'm positive that deleted the account and all files but I could be mistaken. Is there a fix for this? I want it deleted. Thanks

If you've already removed account through Control Panel>>User Accounts it is normal that folder C:\Users\<old account> still exist.Try to take ownership of this folder if not help the best resolve to use any livecd with linux for example Damn Small Linux, Download the ISO
boot it and remove unwanted folder.

Best way to delete accounts is via Control Panel > User Accounts
Just deleting the users folder will untidily leave straggler registry
entries etc

In Control Panel>User Accounts, I only see mine and Guest so it's already deleted but I still see the files in the C:\Users location.
Flavius, what do you mean by " take ownership of this folder"? And is there any other way too handle this without those downloads?
lectures:
Take Ownership of file
Folder Permissions
Theoretically you should have already full access to account folder and subfolders because you are administrator and Administrator group have full control to accounts folder. But one a time I also had problem with deleting data from removed account due to not enough permissions - strange, difficult to explain.I fixed these and finally I removed unwanted things.Another reason may be some process busy -although theoretically shouldn't be also problem but practically may be difference...
