| x64 | Microphone problems I have a Gateway P-6860fx that i think i got back in July or August. Its running vista 64. I have a mic that runs on my old computer that uses xp but wont work on this. Its plugged in and not muted. Under the recording tab it recognizes the mic and says its working but it doesnt pick up sound. I think it uses IDT High Definition Audio CODEC and I googled it and people seem to have run into problems with it but they all had dells. Anyone have any ideas with what is wrong? |
