Vista Business, Windows marketplace window has totally transparent client area.

Hello everyone.

I'm running Windows Vista Business(RUS), all latest updates are ok, but
windows marketplace window which can be started through Add/Remove
programs(appwiz.cpl) has totally transparent client area. It can be started
and wait cursor is shown right after for a while. But it never switches to
normal arrow cursor. If I switch to some other window and then back again
the windows marketplace window remains visible with transparent client area
but the cursor is switched back to arrow.

Does anybody had experienced a problem like this in the past? And how could
it be fixed? I.e. what have I to do to fix that problem?

Yours sincerely, Alexander.

Does anyone else has experienced the problem like that? WIndows marketplace
assistant window client area transparent. I.e. there is even no background
color(Lower Z-ordered window can easily be seen).
What is that? Why?
