phone and modem options, "+" prefix

Dear all,

in control panel, phone and modem options, I couldn't find a way to set a
"+32" as default prefix.

Is it possible to tell the computer to dial a +32?

Regards,
Alain

The + is a marker for the International Access Code used in the
country you are dialling FROM, so just insert that code followed by the
country code 32 for Belgium.
