    Administrator Rights

    My account has Administrator Rights.
However, there are things I can't do because I don't have the rights.
Is there something higher than Admin., or what?..........................

There's also a "real" admin account that can be enabled. But, you're
not supposed to use that because it has such power that you could
cause a rip in the very fabric of the space time continuum.

There is and it's the hidden admin the same one that's on XP. But even
that account doesn't have full rights in some cases.
