Vistas in-house DVD burning created DVD+R now wont read on XP PC

While using VISTAS DVD buring software i created a disc using the 1st option.
there are 2 options. The 1st creates a DVD thats more like a flash disk.
the second makes a normal DVD.

the 1st option says DVD wont be readable in systems with os before XP.

I have tried to get the disc to read in 3 other XP-pro PCs but wont show up.

any ideas?

It uses by default a special file system which is a sort of UDF, you
should select the other option instead for compatibility with other
devices and OSes.
