Site Problems

This is my second attempt at posting this message. So if it ultimately shows
up a second or third time, my apologies......

Am I alone or are others having trouble with this Help and Support site?

I frequently have problems getting messages to Post. And then when I go to
the trouble of re-entering the message two, and sometimes three times, they
all end up posted. I get a posting error most often if I select "Notify me of
replies".

Also, when I click on posted messages to read them they often don't show up
- just a blank screen. I find I have to keep shutting down Internet Explorer
and starting it up again just to read one or two messages.

I realize this is a Beta site (aren't they all?) but was just wondering if
others are experiencing the same kinds of problems.

David

Re: Site Problems

There is a known bug in the web-based newsreader that causes a false error
message. If it annoys you, use the newsreader in Windows Mail.

Re: Site Problems

Just assume that the post went and check back a few minutes later to see if
it's there. My preferred browser to look at this site is Firefox. It only
has two sections instead of the three that IE7 and Netscape have. Easier to
read.
