Vista Tutorial - Screen flickering with Vista RC2

: I'm using Vista RC2 (64-bit) and I have an Nvidia GeForce FX 5700LE
graphics card. I download the 64-bit drivers from Nvidia, and updated them
from Windows Update. I'm using a Dell 1704FPV monitor.

When a dialog (i.e. downloading in IE, or an error) box pops up, The screen
flickers.

If you happen to have the Windows Sidebar open close this down and see if
the problem still exists.

I'm not using the sidebar. I have two different types of flickering (they
don't happen simultaneously). The first type just appears as single pixel
thick lines to the right of the dialog box. The color of the lines depends on
the background. They are red if the background is dark and light blue if the
background is white. The other type of flickering is when the bottom half of
the screen flickers and image of the top half of the screen. It looks similar
to the image you get when you try to display a progressive scan image on an
interlaced monitor.
