Native error 00019

I'm trying to download an update to a program I've been using. When I try to get the latest version I receive the message "cannot create file Native error 00019". I'm using Windows Vista 64 bit. Any suggestions what I can do?

I had a similar problem with zip files that created by
another program - in this case winzip pro. Windows internal
zip could not open the files, and yielded the 00019 error
(possibly corrupt).
Check with the vendor supplying the update, to find out what
program they used to zip the files. You might need the
specific program to unzip them.

Re: Native error 00019

Thanks so much for your help. I did find the message misleading. After searching around my computer I found the file, went to properties & had to give permission to proceed as the administrator. Next time, I'll know what to check.
