VISTA Folder default settings

WIthin VISTA Home Premium, when I open a folder and select details the size
and date etc. that I like are missing.
I have to select the setting for each of the windows I open. Does anyone
know how to make the global for all windows? In XP you had the tools =>
folder options portion. I have not found this in VISTA.
Thank,
Chuck
