Vista - New contact group in windows mail?

I open my windows email and and click on my contacts and I do not have a
"New contact group" icon. So how do I make a group in my email contacts?

Hello Richard,

This can help show you how to restore the "New Contact Group" button. This happens when the folder template gets changed to something other than "Contacts".

"New Contact" and "New Contact Group" Button Missing

Do you have any of the Contact buttons on the toolbar?
If not, right-click anywhere in the right-hand pane, choose "Customize this
folder" and in the drop-down box under "What kind of folder do you want"
return it to Contacts.
