Help and Support in the start menu

When I click on Help and Support in the start menu, Help is started, but I
get a message like this:

The topic you are looking for is not available in this version of Windows.
For more information, try searching on http://www.microsoft.com.

And I can't find anything on Microsofts Homepage to solve the problem....

Any help will be very appreciated. Thank you!

Gudmund

Hi Gudmund--

What problem is it that you're trying to solve?

Gudmund--

Is Vista Help and Support generally working? You can also access it on the
web by googling it.

Hello Gudmund,

As Chad posted, does Help still work for you other than this message?

"Well, before the Help and Support opened without this message and opened in
Fujitsu-Siemens as the first I saw, I don't know why it has changed???"

I can't understand what this means.

Hi Liebach--

MSFT has made great improvements to Help and Support in Vista. It was
pretty good in XP and vastly underused by 98% of end users, because most of
the questions on the XP groups were answered there. But they are to be
commended I think, for making it more comprehensive. It doesn't answer all
questions, but it's pretty high quality. Having said that, there will be
some search topics it does not cover. I wonder if yours was one?

We all really want to help you, but having read over the thread twice more,
I don't know what the problem is. I don't understand the reference to
opening in Fujitsu-Siemens. You say it works but it doesn't open there.
What does that mean? Is that the OEM maker of your box?

If Help and Support works on your box, then what is it you need to fix?
Either I'm slow this morning, or you aren't clear what we can help you fix.

Maybe this will help:

Pages in Windows Vista Help and Support are not displayed correctly
http://www.winhelponline.com/article...correctly.html

Let us know.

Best,

CH
