Vista Enterprise Only for EA and SA customers or not ?

Microsoft web site article seems to contradict itself as to who can purchase
    Vista Enterprise.

    http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvist...nterprise.mspx

    End of first paragraph says
"Windows Vista Enterprise will only be available to customers who have PCs
covered by Microsoft Software Assurance or a Microsoft Enterprise"

    The last paragraph says
"The Windows Vista Enterprise edition is only available to Microsoft Volume
License customers, it is not available for retail purchase"

So which is correct only SA and EA subscribers or via any volume agreement ??

You should contact your site representative or local Microsoft Office for
clarification. One thing the public newsgroups are not reliable for is
    licensing information.
