desktop crashes

I keep having desktop crashes where the desktop disappears because windows
explorer or word
crashes leaving me with the only option to reboot
how do I solve this

Take a look into your crystal ball for a solution. It should work for
you, since - given the COMPLETE LACK of info that you provided -
that's what you expect us to do.

My car won't start leaving me with the only option of calling the service
station.

What he meant was that you should provide additional information on
the exact conditions when the crashes occur. For example, they might
happen when you open a document in Word, when you spell check, when
you scroll.

But, that's the last post from me in this thread. I can't spend time
helping people who are too lazy to use punctuation, the shift key, or
even follow rudimentary rules of written English. Sorry, but it's just
my policy.
