Error in Active Directory Snap-In

This might not be the correct group, but I didn't see anything for Vista and
Active Directory. I'm using the Active Directory Users and Computers snap
in, and when I try to modify any users or computers in my OU, I get the
following error:

Box title: Active Directory Domain Services
Error message: The operation failed with error code -1 (0xffffffff)

This was working until yesterday, and the plug-in works in XP with my
credentials.

Any ideas?
