Task Scheduler: Create task to open webpage?

Vista Ultimate, SP1

Is it possible to create a recurring daily task to open up a particular
website on a given schedule?

I suspect I need to create a script? Any easy primer on creating a simple
task like that?

Create the task to run IE and add the webside as a parameter.
