So what computer specs do I need for Vista Premium?

So what computer specs do I need for Vista Premium?

I'm thinking about getting an AMD 64 X2, 3800+/4000+ chip on the AM2 platform
(depending on availability) before Vista ships; and I'm wondering if that is
enough for Vista.

That's plenty enough processor power for Vista Home Premium. Make sure to
get a good video card if you want to run Aero Glass. I'd recommend getting
2GB of RAM and only getting 1GB of RAM if you're on a budget.

I am running ultimate on a HP Media center PC AMD 64X2 live 4600, 2 gig ram,
250 Gig hdd, HD Audio (onboard) and NVIDIA GeForce 6150LE (Onboard). No
issues, no problems, rockin and rolling on Vista 64.
