Vista - Uninstall Terminal Services

I am running Windows Vista rc1 and i need to uninstall Terminal Services,
because a program does not work if terminal services is enabled. I tried
disabling TS, but no success. I need to uninstall TS.
The application is the licensing wizard for Modelsim XE 6.0d Starter. I
talked to the technical support team at Xilinx and they said that their
simulator(modelsim) will not work if TS is enabled. Apparently in Vista it
doeas not work even if TS is just installed and disabled.

Windows XP, 2003 and Vista all have a portion/version of Terminal Services
integrated into the OS (remote desktop). To the best of my knowledge you can
only disable it, you cannot remove it.

Try installing the application in compatibility mode.

See if they have work around for Windows Server 2003.
