Is there any site with explained differences between various versions out
yet (home, ultimate, basic...)? What will ultimate have but others not
etc...?
Nice they're doing at M$...they give ultimate version for testing, but when
we'll buy some "normal" priced (final)version, a tone of stuff will be
missing...and money wasted...

Running Vista Home Premium RC2 here... Not everyone is limited to testing
ultimate.. Decided Home Premium fitted the bill nicely on my laptop...

i think that RC1 is officially available only ultimate...so i guess RC2 was
available in more versions then...

Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, and Ultimate are all found on the same
DVD and have been for a long time now. It is the key that determines which
version you end up with. The CPP Program only received Ultimate keys. Others
get all 4 keys.

Been running Vista Home Premium i n Beta 1, Beta 2, Interms, RC1 and RC2.
It depends on how you got your key. Mine came via MSDN....

i got mine via MS web page...downloaded RC1 and got it. Says premium.
