Many of my files are hidden. Please help me show them!

    Many of my files are hidden. Please help me show them!

    Well, I was in one of my Vista computers that has Call of Duty 4 on it and I was trying to get the profile to put it onto my game computer. I looked up a guide to see how it was done and the guy said something checking off the show hide folders thing. When I did it, it hid my entire desktop, one of my users, and many other things. I still have the programs I think, just the folders are gone. Please help me show them! My dad will be very mad if I don't get them to show again. Please help! Do I go into folder options?

    Hello Ctophman,

    This tutorial should be able to help you see the hidden files and folders. OPTION TWO is used to allow you to "Show" the hidden files so that you can see them, and OPTION ONE is to actually hide or unhide individual files and folders.
