Just went with Vista recently and tried the Fax & Scan. I use a calling card to fax to local toll calls (same area code as ours) and long distance. I set up the dialing rules as I did with XP Pro. I used the correct format +1(000)000-0000. It still wouldn't dial the card number first. It's dialing as destination number directly. I do not see a solution anywhere.
