NO sound while playing WARCRAFT

NO sound while playing WARCRAFT

HI all, can anyone please be kind enough to help solve this problem. I am
using Vista TM RC1 64-BIT OS .. I can heard sound while playing Music and
video...however when i start warcraft...this application first apear on the
list ...and there is a few seconds of sounds before it's lost again....and
then followed with no sound at all whie i was playing
games...therefore...PLEASE help..your hlep will be very much appreciated.

Please file a bug report via the Feedback link on your Vista desktop. There
are still some compatibility issues left with RC1 and RC2.

I had a similar situation with RC1 (32-bit Build 5600) and Dungeons & Dragons
Online, except that I had sound but no microphone. I set up my speakers when
configuring Media Center but after poking around in the control panel I found
I had to set up the microphone device to work properly. This is probably due
to the nature of the audio jacks on my motherboard (ASUS M2N32 SLI Deluxe)
which re-configure based on the type of speakers connected (stereo, 5.1 or
7.1 surround).
