Preventing Synching

I've been looking at articles on the internet the past 2 days but haven't
found an answer.
MobSync.exe starts periodically and I'm trying to prevent this form
occurring.
I'm unable to rename the file (even though I am the owner). I can't find any
settings for
anything in the 'Sync Center'.
How can I prevent Mobsync.exe form starting???

Thanks,
James

Re: Preventing Synching

Thanks. I read the article and changed the registry setting.
Hope it works.

Thanks again,

Re: Preventing Synching

That didn't work. Wasn't 10 minutes after I chnaged the setting and rebooted
that f*&%king mobsync.exe ran again.
Maybe XP is is the answer.

Re: Preventing Synching

In Sync Center I see no option to delete sync partnership from
the context menu or otherwise.
In the View Sync Partnerships there are 3: Conflicts, Sync Results and
Sync Setup. I see nothing that I can use to delete any of these.
