[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB] error using Query An

Have a Virtual Server (in a cluster configuration) and cannot connect to it
using SQL 2000 in Vista. Do have another SQL Box and can connect fine.
Enterprise Manager connects fine to the virtual server:

SQL Query Analyzer
Unable to connect to server PROD\PROD:
Server: Msg 17, Level 16, State 1
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or
access denied.
