Windows Defender

When I start FreshDownload, a dialog appears saying:

==================
User account control

An unidentified program wants access to your computer

....
==================

I've been using this program for years. How can I tell Windows Defender
that I trust this program and that I don't want this dialog to appear again?

Thanks,

emf
