Vista - Nortel VPN

I cannot seem to get the Nortel VPN client to work, it complains that it
cannot open a socket. I find the following error in Problem Reports:

I see discussion about the Cisco VPN client but nothing about the Nortel
client. Is Nortel working on an update?
