How can I disable signed driver checking in Vista x64 SP2?

I'd like to install a graphics card utility called RivaTuner but it requires that signed driver checking is disabled in Vista x64.

I'm running Vista x64 Service Pack 2, so how can I disable signed driver checking?

Sorry, but this has been disabled - it no longer works.
