Vista - RC1 upgrade to RC2 Error

Upgrading 5600 to RC2 generated error at the last step. "Setup Encountered
error while installing Windows". Than it rostored to RC1. Any idea how to
find the problem?

SetupUpdate.log has the following warninings but no error:
