(Problem still exists) Trying the repair disk from the second link now. The repair option reported that there was "nothing to repair." I have heard that another option my be an "upgrade install" of Vista. Neither the disk from the "How-To Geek" nor my Vista installation CD have this option. Is it perhaps because I have Vista SP 1 installed. Sheesh!
