System rebooting & crashing

Hello everyone,
first contribution so forgive me if this is misplaced. Have brand new Fujitsu scaleop running on vista premium 32 bit. About every 15 mins or so screen goes wavy and I get the blue screen. Have done check disc & system restore but it doesn't seem to make any difference;
Error message is:

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x91367522, 0x8C0E0C24, 0x8C0E0920
SIS 163u sys- Address 91367522 bas @ 91350000, Date stamp 4588ab 7f

Any help with this would be much appreciated as if I am downloading anything the files are not saved when the system reboots. Sometimes it's as though it has gone into hibernation as the blue on/off switch on the tower is flashing, when I move the mouse the desktop loads but minus whatever was happening before the fault occurred,
cheers,
Ian

Re: System rebooting & crashing

The 0x0000007E has quite a few possible causes and the symptoms you describe
indicate a likely hardware issue. Since this computer is "brand new" it
would be wise to contact the vendor.

Re: System rebooting & crashing

This appears to be part of a driver package for a USB network device; in any
case the initials SIS are well known as manufacturers of computer hardware.
Check for updated drivers.
