Read the whole Tutorial and post which portions you do not understand, familiarise with the steps and I assure you it's not very difficult as the Tutorial itself is very detailed.
However, you can start by going to Start orb-> All Programs-> Accessories-> Command Prompt( right click and run as Administrator).
then type sfc /scannow

kewl.....i followed all that was there...and did find a problem that couldn't be repaired.....and when i try to go to the logs...it says access denied..and won't let me in...mean lil bugger....i tried all forms of entry...but i can't get in it....

ok...i'm trying this thing at the top of the tutorial...maybe it might do the trick....
