Vista - Recovering PC factory condition with recovery disks w/ 64 bit vista premium (problem)

I tried running my HP Recovery Manager a couple of days ago and it kept freezing around 77% so I talked to someone at HP and they said I needed the recovery disks, so I ordered them. I tried using them today and HP Recovery manager freezes at 33% during the re-install process. Why is it doing this? It's driving me crazy. Any help would be great. Thank you

Have you deleted any partition? because the recovery process wouldn't recognise the set up if it was not same as the original state. Do remember to give your specs as well, provide more information.

As your question is about a specific recovery disk set supplied by an OEM
and not a general Windows Vista question you would be better off pursuing
your support via the OEM (HP)
