Problems with upgrading

A month ago I up grade my computer from windows viast to basic to vista
home premium only then realizing I only had a key for vista basic. I
tried to downgrade but my computer wont work. It just loads up blank
with out a screen. It will load normally then it will have me enter my
password but after that the screen is black and you can see my mouse. I
have no idea what to do please help me. I am tired of using a laptop it
doesn't have enough memory for my school work.

Thanks

You will need to restore the machine to it's prior state by whatever method
your vendor gave you. If you have data that you need, then you must make a
copy of that data onto an external devoice (CD/DVD, thumbdrive, external HDD
etc) before you do so.
