| | Thank you all Dear all, Don't know if this is too early to say, but.. I've received a few newsletters about upgrade path and also thanks those who shared the recent developments about the new license issue. If things are going smoothly, we (or at least I) might have a chance to let these things go away, at least for the time being. PS: My wife and colleagues thought I was doing something "weird" on the net in the past few days because I spent unusually high amount time here :P I've learned a few things from this valuable experience and from all of you, and I apologize if I offended any of you in the process: (1) I've leaned more about related laws, although it's not something I'm particularly interested in but it's good to know about it ![]() (2) I appreciate many of you care to share your knowledge, thoughts, and ideas in a positive way, which otherwise, would never come to my simple mind (3) Big companies don't always do right things or do things right (regardless their initial intensions), we are the same, and it is important for outsiders and stakeholders to blow the whistle and that's exactly what we have been doing here and out there. Personal feeling about this thing: It's like married someone for 20 years, and all of sudden, I have to reexamine the premarital agreement again. So you know how that feeling is, and fortunately, it's not happening to my real marriage ![]() Hopefully, next time when I return to here, it will be for the technical part of the product, which I haven't got many chances to explore it yet. If anyone have access to the company, please do let them know - being fair and reasonable is all we ask for. Good luck and thanks and sorry. |
