BIOS Update?

I have tried to find an update to my BIOS (Phoenix Trustedcore Ver. R01-B0F), but it seems almost impossible to find! I have tried at Phoenix' homepage, but they redirect me to DriverAgent that is a driver scanning program and that costs money. It must be possible to find the update elsewhere.. Please help if you know..

Find the internet address of the manufacturer and communicate your current
Bios to them, so they can give you the proper update; it has to be
absolutely correct or you will be in a heap of trouble.
SiSoftware Sandra Lite 2009.SP2 or EVEREST Home Edition will help you
determine the details of your current Bios, if you don't have them already
and may also supply an address.
Paying for the upgrade will be necessary, regardless.

Harry.

Why do you think you need a BIOS update?

To get it, you go to the manufacturer of your computer or of your
mainboard if it's a custom-built one.
