Will a NVIDA GeForce 7600 GS *WITH ONLY 256MB (NOT 512)* handle Vista Aero
Requiements Graphics?

Yes, I have the exact same card, with 256MB.
(128 MB necessary for Aero Glass)
4.6 Graphics performance rating (might improve with later drivers)

i have nvidia 7300 gs 512M and aero works quite ok...

Yes the 256MB of memory on this card will work fine with Aero
