Vista - Monitor can't go to sleep

amadeusmozart Vista Home Premium 32bit 21 posts	Monitor can't go to sleep Anytime I set my monitor to sleep mode, the screen will turn all black as it should, and in about 4 seconds it returns from sleep and just stays on. This happens every time without fail. Any ideas on how to address this?
